Residential
All packages are offered on a one-time, weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis – schedule permitting. We also offer a quick clean package for as low as $95.
Residential Pricing (Make Ready Package)
- Studio/apartment/1 bedroom – $160
- 2 bedroom – $185
- 3 bedroom – $210
- 4 bedroom – $235
- 5 bedrooms and up – Contact for pricing
One bathroom is included with the Make Ready Package. Additional bathrooms can be added for a fee. Please let us know how many bathrooms will need to be added when scheduling for pricing.
Make Ready Package
- Dust: Window sills, blinds, ceiling fans, vents, and lighting fixtures.
- Wipe down: Walls, doors, knobs, closets, baseboards, and frames.
- Kitchen: Interior and exterior cleaning of major appliances (oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher), cabinets, drawers, sink, and countertops.
- Bathrooms: Clean and sanitize all fixtures, countertops, toilet, shower, tubs, sinks, tile pieces, and mirrors.
- Trash removal.
Commercial
All packages are offered on a one-time, weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis – schedule permitting. Pricing is based on project size. Please contact us for a quote.
Commercial Standard Cleaning Package
- Floors: Sweep, mop, and vacuum.
- Offices/classrooms: Wipe down general surfaces, door knobs/handles, and light switches.
- Bathroom/breakroom cleaning.
- Trash removal.
Commercial Deep Cleaning Package
- Floors: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and carpet cleaning.
- Offices/classrooms: Wipe down general surfaces, door knobs/handles, and light switches.
- Bathroom/breakroom cleaning.
- Trash removal.
Other Services Offered
The following services can be added to a package for a la carte pricing. Please inquire about these services when scheduling as cost is based on project size. If there a service you don’t see listed, we are happy to provide a quote if we are available to accommodate.
